PropertyHealth is headquartered in Los Angeles for over 19 years. We are a corporation. Our 5-employee size provides us with the capacity to handle large projects while providing the personalized service of a small firm. Our experience working for property management firms, schools/universities, commercial banking institutions, private developers, municipalities, airports, and residential/commercial property owners; has taught us how to accomplish building surveys and abatement activities without interrupting functioning operational work flows.
Experience, Training and Certifications of our Staff
Due to our low rate of employee turnover, PropertyHealth has one of the most experienced environmental consulting staff in California with over 80 years of combined consulting management experience. With our experienced staff, we have the capacity to handle a large number of projects. Over the past 19 years, our staff has surveyed approximately 4,500 buildings totaling 350 million square feet of space. In addition, they have successfully designed and managed more than 2,000 abatement projects totaling over $100 million. In a typical month PropertyHealth performs 20 building surveys and manages 10 abatement projects.
PropertyHealth’s consulting staff assigned to this contract possess extensive professional credentials that uniquely balance an industrial hygiene perspective with solid hands-on experience in construction design and abatement management. All project managers are certified by California Division of Occupational Safety & Health (Cal/OSHA), California Department of Public Health (Cal/DPH), The Indoor Air Quality Council (IAQA), American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC), Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, & Restoration Certification (IICRC) or TheCleanTrust and have extensive experience in indoor air quality and hazardous materials management.
