We have been in operation since 1991 and are California State Certified and Insured and . We only perform the investigations, identification and testing of hazardous materials, hazard assessments, recommendations for remediation, removal or options for in-place management, oversight during abatement activities, and post-abatement clearance testing, analysis, and re-occupancy certifications per all regulatory requirements. We are independent from contractors.
It is also important to note here what services we do not perform. We do not perform any construction demolition or remediation work or removal of hazardous material. We are the State Certified Inspectors/Consultants that certify in writing that a building has known hazards, how to deal with the hazards, and issue final clearance certifications for “no immediate response action required”, “no further action required”, “final clearance achieved”, “authorization for re-occupancy” etc. We do not perform radon testing.
